Grace Hsu
Founder of H&W Partners | Sovereign Executive Solutions | Sovereign Executive Club.
Ms Hsu works closely with family offices and financial houses worldwide. She has strong ties to family offices in Greater China, the UK and Europe. Her vision is to build bridges between Eastern and Western families offices /HNW communities.
Ms Hsu co-founded H&W Partners (a cross-border network for family offices and investment houses). She is also a member of the Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association, 2GHK, and Hua Jing Society. She’s also mentor for students from Oxford, Cambridge, and other top universities in HK.
James Whitfield

Mr. Whitfield has about 20 years of investing and more than 12 years beside ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices. Outside H&W Partners he is co-founder and portfolio manager of Confluence Investors, an ESG & impact focused hedge fund investing in the non-BRIC emerging markets. Formerly he was a partner at Satya Capital, the family office of Dr. Mo Ibrahim, and he remains an advisor to Satya Capital. He began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Lehman Brothers before joining the private equity firm Terra Firma.
Mr. Whitfield holds a dual executive MBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University in Beijing (TIEMBA), and an undergraduate degree from Christ Church, Oxford, in Economics and Management. He speaks English and Mandarin.

Karen Lam

Attached to business development at the Hong Kong office of Meridian Family Office, she leads the etiquette practice. Karen studied at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, Raffles School of Design Singapore and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where she received her BA and MA degrees. She used to work in LVMH Group’s public relations and brand management in the fast-moving consumer goods market. She also has extensive mentoring experience in art & fashion management and design. At the same time, she has been responsible for the analysis and evaluation of investment projects of private enterprises, investment and mergers and acquisitions, and also the development and marketing of virtual asset projects.
